MY REVIEW:
DISCLAIMER: I voluntarily read and reviewed an advance copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Two Scandals and a Scot is the fifth book in Tracy’s Duchess Society series and features Dashiell (Dash) Campbell and Theodosia (Theo) Astley (Dash we met in The Wicked Wallflower and Theo in The Scandalous Vixen.) If you’ve never read this series before, it might help if you read this series from the beginning with The Ice Duchess. I believe Tracy does a good job of giving you a basic understanding of who everyone is and the important events that happened in previous books, in this book.
I enjoyed this unique spin on the marriage of convenience trope. Theo and Dash enter into a marriage of convenience when they are caught in a compromising position. Usually it takes a while for the spark between the couple to ignite, but in this story, the spark has already been lit and it’s not long after the vows have been said that Dash and Theo are setting the bedroom on fire. And anywhere else they can,
I loved how Tracy drew you into the characters. Dash and Theo both had a rough background but were able to open up to each other and heal/move on from their pasts, which in turn opened themselves up to love.
Thank you Tracy and WOLF Publishing for this advanced copy!
