BLURB:

Romance bookstore owner Sofia Navarro never forgot the homeless, handsome stranger who risked his life to save hers so long ago.

Billionaire cowboy Keegan Hart, aka rescue dog dad, never forgot Sofia's sass, her spirit, her warmth, or the way she opened the heart of the rebellious loner who had lost everything.

Neither of them forgot the intense, passionate love affair that ended too soon. He has tried to find her, but the fake name she gave him made it impossible.

And now, seventeen years later, they're about to get brought together again…by a secret that Sofia has kept from him since that day. A secret that will change his life forever. A secret that puts her in great danger. A secret that will no longer be contained.

But Christmas is a time for miracles, magic, and mistletoe, and the surprises that can heal hearts that have been broken for a very long time.

MY REVIEW:

DISCLAIMER: I voluntarily read and reviewed an advance copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This was an excellent addition to the Hart Ranch Billionaires series and Keegan Hart has stolen my heart.

Twenty years ago he let the love of his life walk out of his life and because of a rebellious teenager, he has a second chance at making it right. However, she’s not the same woman as she was when they first met, and he has to tread lightly in order to try and break down her walls and win her heart.

I loved the chemistry he had with Sophia, it jumped out of the page when they laid eyes on each other again. I loved the relationship he had with Gabby, and Gabby’s relationship with Keegan’s sister, Bella.

My only critique (though it wasn’t that big of dealbreaker for me because I have never been in Sophia’s shoes, and I hope I never do) was that I didn’t like how wishy washy Sophia was when it came to whether she could trust Keegan. I thought he proved time and time again how she could trust him (especially with Gabby.) One minute she does, and the next minute she’s pushing him away.

Other than that, this was a great holiday romance about a couple getting a second chance at love. If that sounds like a book you’d like to read, click the link below and buy this book!

Thank you Stephanie for the advance copy!
