MY REVIEW:

(Review of The Daring Debutante by Tracy Sumner)

DISCLAIMER: I voluntarily read and reviewed an advance copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This was a really great next gen story to The Duchess Society series. Longtime fans of the series will recognize Arabella’s parents as Philippa (Pippa) Darlington and Xander Macauley (from The Wicked Wallflower) and Nigel’s as Tobias Street and Hildegard Templeton (from The Brazen Bluestocking.)

I loved how similar Arabella was to her mother in her pursuit of Nigel. Nigel broke my heart in this story. Having lived off the streets until Tobias and Hildy took him in, he isn’t used to having someone care for him and so it’s hard for him at first to navigate through his feelings for her.

If you like steamy historical/regency romance, and either have or have not read The Duchess Society yet, I really think you should read this story! It’s not that long either!
