When We Least Expect It is Stephanie Rowe’s newest book that released on July 19th, 2024. It is a laugh out loud, romp between a “wedding killer” and her grumpy, ex-cop landlord.
This book will have you laughing and swooning at Piper and Declan’s quest to sell their friends, family and clients on their fake engagement. These two fight hard to keep feelings for each other from blossoming, and it was so fun to watch them not succeed!
I fell hard for Declan Jones in this book! The things that man says (internally) about Piper…swoon!
When We Least Expect It is the first book in a new series called Mr. Inconvenient. This book is loosely tied to A Rogue Cowboy’s Heart, 4th in Stephanie’s Hart Ranch Billionaires series, as Piper is best friend’s with the heroine in that book. You do not need to read that book to understand what is happening in this book.
