Welcome to the RMWB Book Tour for It’s All Fun & Games, a new Contemporary Romance series by P Roper. Read on for information about the book, author and my review.
ABOUT THE BOOK
BLURB:
I just want to play baseball, but unless I seek out some help that won't be in the cards for me. I'm not sure what I expected when my father made arrangements for a tutor, but it definitely wasn't her. I should know her. Everyone in town knows her family and their story. But until she rolled her eyes at me, I hadn't noticed her before. I don't know what to do with myself, because now? The girl who's spent so long faded into the background of this town is someone I can't unsee. I want to protect her. But more than that, I just want her. But I'm not positive that's in the cards.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
P. Roper is a word junkie & caffeine enthusiast, born and raised in Western Canada. When she’s not writing (or reading) you’ll usually find her with her husband, chasing their hurricane of a daughter. Or she may be grabbing a coffee with her best friend. She loves NA Romance but is convinced that there is no way she could actually choose a favourite trope.

MY REVIEW:
DISCLAIMER: I voluntarily read and reviewed an advance copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
I read this book as part of a Book Tour with Romance Me With Books.
This is the first book I’ve read from P. Roper and it won’t be my last! I really enjoyed this story. I usually don’t read NA or YA romance, but the blurb, tropes, and cover caught my eye and I just knew I had to try it!
Malcolm Kade is a senior who lives for playing baseball. Unfortunately his grades need improvement in order for him to be eligible to play. His father hires another senior, Lennox Grey, to help tutor him and the story takes off from there!
I loved this story! Malcolm and Lennox’s chemistry drew me in from the very first page. I loved their banter! All Malcolm wants in the beginning is the ability to play baseball his senior year. That’s the only reason he’s putting any “effort” into this tutor thing. Until he gets to know Lennox. I loved watching them get to know each other and fall in love. I may be old fashioned, but I loved that the sex between Malcolm and Lennox had meaning behind it. It wasn’t just to scratch an itch.
I loved the scenes we got with the side characters: Malcolm’s dad, Lennox’s Gram and sisters. Ace ad Jo, Cody, Grant. You’ll just have to read this book if you want to know who they are. 😉
I am most definitely interested in seeing what P Roper has up her sleeves in regards to Jo and Ace’s books. Based on the last chapter, it’s obvious who the next sister that gets a story is and I am really curious as to what she has been up to.
Thank you to Amy from Romance Me With Books for providing me with an advance copy.
