MY REVIEW:
Vines by Brynne Asher is an excellent story that will keep you on the edge of your seat as your read (or listen to) the whole way through!
I listened to this because it was free with my Audible Plus plan and because Brynne Asher (author) and Jason Clarke (narrator) are going to be at Indies Invade Philly this November, and I am planning on attending this year! (My first signing!!)
As a newbie audiobook listener, this is the first book narrated by Jason Clarke that I’ve listened to and holy hell, that man’s voice is perfection!! Kit Swann was amazing too, and they both kept me engaged through the entire book! I loved that when Addy got upset in the book, Kit got upset; when Crew got angry, Jason got angry.
The action was crazy and intense (my heart was pounding listening to Jason and Kit narrate the car chase scene), and the chemistry along with the sex scenes between Addy and Crew were super hot!!
I was really intrigued by the secondary characters that were introduced and can’t wait to continue listening to and/or reading the rest of this series!
I definitely would recommend this book (to read or listen) to anyone who likes their romantic suspense with a lot of action and explosive chemistry between the main characters! You definitely need to listen to this is you like Jason Clarke’s narration!
